WOODLAND — November 2, 2026. Woodland encourages water customers to use AquaHawk, an online portal for reviewing consumption, managing water-bill information and setting automatic water-use alerts.
Spot possible leaks earlier
A sudden increase in usage can be caused by a leaking irrigation line, toilet or other plumbing problem. The city suggests that tracking consumption can help households find waste that might otherwise remain undetected until a higher bill arrives.
Water conservation beyond drought emergencies
Woodland also publishes guidance on water-wise landscaping, efficient irrigation, rebates and reporting water-waste violations. A high bill alone does not establish a fault in the municipal meter, so residents should investigate both private plumbing and account records.
How to report a concern
The city asks residents reporting waste to provide the location, time and nature of the violation. Start through the city-linked AquaHawk portal or Woodland’s official environmental services page rather than sending account credentials through an unverified third-party link.
